3 cl ODE Bright Lemon
3 cl Gin
3 cl white vermouth
Grapefruit
Thyme

PREPARATION

Pour ODE Bright Lemon, gin, and white vermouth into a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir gently for 20 seconds. Do not shake, the drink should remain clear.
Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice. Squeeze grapefruit zest over the drink.
