Lemon Negroni

INGREDIENTS

• 3 cl ODE Bright Lemon
• 3 cl gin
• 3 cl white vermouth
• Grapefruit
• Thyme

METHOD

1. Add ODE Bright Lemon, gin and white vermouth to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir gently for 20 seconds. Don't shake – the drink should stay clear.
3. Strain over fresh ice into a tumbler. Express a grapefruit zest over the top.
