Ruby Spritz
The darker sister of the Lemon Spritz. Same ratio, different bottle: bitter orange instead of citrus.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl ODE Ruby Wood
- 10 cl dry tonic water
- Lemon
METHOD
- Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice.
- First 10 cl dry tonic, then 5 cl ODE Ruby Wood. Two parts tonic, one part ODE.
- Add a lemon slice.
