Alcohol-free aperitif. Questions and answers.

Pink Grapefruit

Pink Grapefruit is ODE's first alcohol-free aperitif. Not a substitute, but an aperitif in its own right: an aperitif doesn't need alcohol. Just taste.

  • What's in it: grape, grapefruit, pear and quince.
  • Where the bitterness comes from: grapefruit and blood orange peel, plus herbs.
  • How it tastes: dry and fruity.
  • How to drink it: ice, 2 parts tonic, 1 part Pink Grapefruit.
  • Available from: 13 November, at ode-aperitif.com and in stores.

And with alcohol?

For everyone else there's Bright Lemon and Ruby Wood: made with Riesling instead of water, with up to 60% less sugar than well-known aperitifs, no artificial flavours and no artificial colours. So everyone at the table can join the toast.

  • How it tastes: dry and fruity.
