ODE is an aperitif that celebrates nature. This starts with our ingredients and extends to the gift box. Ours is made of grass paper, which is significantly more climate-positive in its production than cardboard made from wood fiber.

1. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment Methods
1.1. All prices stated in the online shop include the currently valid statutory VAT.
1.2. Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of the ordering process in the shopping cart and are to be borne by the consumer.
1.3. Delivery is only available within Germany.
1.4. The stated delivery times are calculated from the moment of our order confirmation, provided that the purchase price has been fully paid beforehand (except for purchase on account). All offered products are - unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description - immediately ready for dispatch.
1.5. If the product ordered by the consumer is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the consumer immediately. If delivery is delayed by more than two weeks, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we are also entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made by the consumer will be refunded immediately in this case.
1.6. We do not offer partial deliveries. However, we reserve the right to split a delivery into multiple packages for logistical reasons. We will cover any additional costs incurred as a result.
1.7. Consumers do not have a choice of shipping packaging. If a specific shipping carton is desired, this requires a written agreement with ODE International GmbH before purchase and is associated with an additional charge.
1.8. The following payment methods are available in the online shop: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
