ODE Lemon Sour: delicate acidity, gentle sweetness
→ 30 ML ODE BRIGHT LEMON
→ 30 ML GIN
→ 30 ML WHITE VERMOUTH
→ 30 ML LEMON JUICE
→ 20 ML AGAVE SYRUP
→ 5 THYME SPRIGS
Shake all ingredients, including the thyme sprigs, with ice, double strain into a tumbler with fresh ice, and enjoy.
Our ODE Lemon Sour has an alcohol content of 15% vol. A classic Whiskey Sour has 19%.
ODE Ruby Negroni: Bitter Sweet Symphony
→ 40 ML RED VERMOUTH
→ 20 ML GIN
→ 1 LEMON ZEST
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold and strain into a tumbler over a large ice cube. Garnish the rim of the glass with lemon zest.
Our ODE Ruby Negroni has 21% vol. A classic Negroni usually has around 30% vol. alcohol content.
ODE Lemon Soda: Light and refreshing
→ 50 ML ODE BRIGHT LEMON
→ 100 ML SODA
→ 1 LEMON SLICE
Fill glass with ice cubes, add ODE with soda, stir gently. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Our ODE Lemon Soda has just 6% vol. alcohol per drink. For comparison: A Vodka Soda would have 10% vol. alcohol.
